What should my child bring to training sessions at The Soccer Lab?

Accepted Answer

Players should bring indoor or turf soccer shoes, shin guards, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. All other equipment, including balls and cones, is provided by The Soccer Lab.

Do you offer private or small group soccer lessons/sessions?

Yes. We offer 1-on-1 private sessions and small group lessons for 2–4 players. Each session focuses on technical skills, footwork, and game intelligence at a pace that fits each athlete.

What ages and skill levels can participate in The Soccer Lab programs?

We train players of all ages and skill levels, from early development (ages 5–7) to competitive high school and adult athletes. Sessions are grouped by age and ability to ensure a positive learning environment.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the start time may be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us directly to discuss any exceptions or reschedule needs.
